We were appointed to design a contemporary replacement dwelling within the South Oxfordshire village of Sutton Courtenay. The practice designed this bespoke dwelling to realise the resale potential of the site. This large family house utilises the width of the plot to maximise accommodation with views and connection to the extensive rear garden.

A careful blend of render, natural stone and oak boarding articulate the facades to create variation, interest and a soft aesthetic approach which was critical in obtaining planning approval.
