Hagbourne Hill

This masterplan project looked to design a high quality residential development of 18 dwellings, on a 1 hectare parcel of land near Chilton. Our practice carefully considered the amount, layout, scale, landscaping and appearance of the development to produce a scheme that was agreeable for planning permission in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The two-storey dwellings vary from 2 to 4 bedrooms with a contemporary styled design of open plan living accommodation and external architectural details.

Overall the scheme demonstrates that a well-considered, architect-led, masterplan allows a restricted and sensitive site to maximise its development potential.
