Kings Field

We were appointed to masterplan and design a residential development in a 2.6 hectare area on the edges of Marcham village. The proposal aims to integrate with the existing urban structure and grain of the village whilst also providing a meaningful public amenity space at the south of the development, enhancing pedestrian permeability within the site and connections to the village. In total the development boasts 47 dwellings, compromising a mixture of detached and semi-detached dwellings varying in bed number around the site to create a variation in the community demographics and giving individuality of the houses with the use of materials and architectural details.

The masterplan demonstrates that a high quality, visually attractive architectural solution can be achieved which creates character, a sense of continuity and a good residential development within the area.
