We were appointed as architects to design a replacement dwelling and double garage located within the village of Chearsley, Buckinghamshire. The replacement house embedded high-quality materials, thoughtful detailing and robust forms to produce not only a visually traditional home, but one which took on the craftsmanship of an oak frame with a contemporary building skin of a SIPS panels system.

The result is a five bedroom home which sits naturally within the village-scape with glazed features that make the most of the views across the surrounding countryside and down to the River Thames.
