Alex Cade | Part III Qualification

April 21

We’re delighted to announce that our colleague, Alex, has received his Part III qualification and is now a registered Architect. Alex joined AO in 2015 for his year out, and continued to work for the practice part-time, alongside his Post Graduate studies locally at @Oxford Brookes University, before returning as a full-time member of staff.

From the get-go, it was clear that Alex was a very talented and committed individual – he is someone who has always shown a willingness to turn his hand to anything and everything to support his colleagues and the practice as a whole. Unsurprisingly Alex, as the consummate ‘team player’, is extremely popular amongst his peers - his ebullient personality is an intrinsic part of the office culture, and his quick feet on the football pitch much appreciated at the weekly 6-a side!

During his time at AO, Alex has worked across a diverse range of projects – from agricultural redevelopment programmes to new build residential schemes – and his aptitude for design and adaptability across the architectural discipline shows no bounds. Most recently, Alex has been working on an extensive conversion project (shown above) developing two Grade II Listed agricultural barns into residential dwellings in the South Oxfordshire area – more on this soon.

We couldn’t be happier for Alex and look forward to seeing how the next chapter in his architectural journey at AO unfolds.
