This beautiful, replacement country estate – nestled in the heart of the Cotswold hills – presents a thoughtfully-designed private equestrian centre, including stables, full-size indoor arena, 18-metre horse-walker with integrated lunge pen, and external manège – in addition to a c. 14,000sqft country house.
Built to replace a collection of dilapidated barns, the Brook Farm stable block follows a ‘U’ shape, and echoes the main house and local vernacular, with classic detailing and hand-carved, traditional Iron stonework and slate roofs throughout.
Working alongside Röwer & Rüb, the resulting space delivers six stable bays, a washdown room with state-of-the-art solarium, live-in groom accommodation, and fully-equipped tack room by Sebo – with the addition of the most beautiful and robust Denya hardwood boarding and Anthracite powder-coated steel frame horse-walker, and impressive and expansive outdoor training space.
