Working alongside Planning Consultants, JPPC – via a carefully sequenced planning strategy – consent was granted for a truly exemplary private equestrian facility on this site in the heart of the Cotswold countryside.
Designed around a classic ‘U’ shaped stable block, and built to replace a collection of dilapidated barns, these five-star facilities compliment and echo the new adjacent country house and local vernacular, with a high-quality palette of traditional Ironstone and slate roof tiles.
Working alongside Rower & Rub UK, the resulting space presents six stunning stable bays, live-in groom’s accommodation, fully equipped tack room, washdown room with state-of-the-art solarium, full-size outdoor manège for dressage training, horse-walker with integrated lunge pen, and full-size indoor dressage arena.
We worked closely with our clients, and trusted network of rural consultancy partners, to unlock the development potential of this site - to enhance, expand and diversify the land, creating something truly unique.
