A Crown Estate property and building of special architectural interest, this sympathetic restoration and full refurbishment required complex and careful planning consideration and consent, prior to commencement of works. Expert craftsmanship via London Projects ensured the preservation of key original features throughout, including a stunning cast iron staircase, traditional cornicing and wood panelling.
