This multi-unit development – located in the beautiful North Oxford suburb of Summertown – started out as a site with consent for twenty-four flats.

If we let you see the website it would look all weird and broken, nobody wants that!
Update your browser!Through a GDV optimisation appraisal and feasibility exercises, approval was gained from our long-standing developer client, and the subsequent Planning Permission, to extend the prominent – and previously under-utilised – site into nine striking units, featuring a mix of three and four storey townhouses with additional, private amenity spaces, and on-site parking facilities.
As well as maximising the development value of the land, we set out to create a dynamic, yet sympathetic, contemporary scheme - respectful to both the scale and size of the nearby buildings. Visually, the scheme aims to draw comparisons with the forms of traditional terrace dwellings found in the North Oxford area, whilst introducing a contemporary architectural language and detailing to deliver large, open-plan modern living spaces. The palette of high-quality materials takes influence from the local vernacular, ensuring that the residential development contributes to, and enhances, its surroundings.
