At Anderson Orr, we offer a tailored service to suit the diverse needs of our clients across the broad range of projects we undertake. Our workstages have been crafted over time to closely reflect our method of delivery and support our clients to fully understand the lifecycle of their project from inception, through to completion.
Our three principal workstages: 1 - Design & Planning, 2 - Production Information and 3 - Tender to Completion, take reference from the RIBA Stages of Work – as set out in the below – and are consolidated to aid effective communication, keep projects on track and offer guidance that is clear and concise at each stage.
In our experience, there are many aspects of both the planning system and construction landscape that are implicitly technical and often difficult to understand without the right support, so much so that the Department for Local Communities and Government (DCLG) thought it necessary to publish a “Plain English Guide to the Planning System” as recently as 2014. We aim to distil this information through each stage to ensure that, regardless of our clients’ level of previous experience with architectural projects, key decision-making is affected with the right level of information to bring about the best possible outcomes at all stages.
