In February 2022, we welcomed Chloe Davies as Receptionist & Administrator, after she made a significant career move to the Architecture and Interiors industry, following more than ten years in the automotive sector. Having previously worked at a number of well-regarded Oxford-based car dealerships, Chloe brought a wealth of experience with her, which, teamed with her joyful personality and brilliant sense of humour, made her the perfect candidate for the role.
Working closely with Office Manager (and twenty-year AO member), Dawn Turford, Chloe really has learnt from the best, and her confidence as ‘front of house’ has grown from strength to strength. Since day one, her warmth and generosity of spirit have shone through, and it’s been a pleasure to see the impact she’s had on clients, consultants, and colleagues alike.
As a co-worker, Chloe is sincere, conscientious, reliable, and caring - nothing is ever too much trouble, and she will go out of her way to help those around her, even if the task is something she’s not done before. As the main point of contact for the practice – both in person, via email, and over the phone – Chloe couldn’t be more friendly or accommodating, and her unwavering positivity and kindness is inspiring.
Away from the office, Chloe is all about family - her two sons, Josh and Noah, and partner James, are at the centre of everything. A recent house move to Woodstock has been a long time in the making, and a real labour of love - we couldn’t be more delighted for them and will be raising a glass of Chloe’s favourite rosé, to toast their next chapter together!
We feel so fortunate to have found someone with the optimism and enthusiasm that Chloe exudes. She may be fairly new to the practice, but it certainly doesn’t feel like that to us.
