Woodstock Road

We were commissioned to design a residential development that would maximise the selling potential of a site that contained an existing detached house. The design replaced the existing dwelling with two detached family dwellings with car parking and associated landscaping to the front and rear of the site. The dwelling forms are designed in response to the arrangement of internal spaces, and particularly important to the design was the open plan living accommodation and its connection to the rear garden.
